Caroline Main, PA-C
Physician Associate
Board-certified PA with a heart for women’s health, education, and collaborative, evidence-informed care.
Bio
Caroline Main, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Associate who earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice from the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She first fell in love with medicine in 4th grade after a visit to the California Science Center. For her, medicine balances curiosity about the human body with meaningful service to the community.
She earned a B.S. in Kinesiology at Westmont College on academic scholarship, making the Dean’s List and competing in Track & Field. Before PA school, she worked as a physical therapy aide, an EMT responding to 911 calls, and an emergency department medical scribe. After USC, she practiced as a PA in the Emergency Department, caring for high-acuity patients and performing procedures. Drawn to women’s health, she emphasizes patient empowerment, self-care, and strong relationships. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with family and friends, hiking, travel, and her Newfoundland dog.
